It was great to have last year’s exchange student return to Warragul in April with her parents Silke & Michael Nagel.

Charlotte caught up with a lot of her old school friends on Monday and Tuesday and then to Rotary Tuesday night, what a welcome, everyone was so happy to see her. Then she went to the District Ride to Conference meeting enabling her to renew friendships from the last year’s bike ride.

Michael & Silke hired a car in Melbourne to drive to Adelaide via the Great Ocean Road. Then flew to Alice Springs to pick up a 4WD hire car driving to Uluru and Kata Juka returning to Alice Springs via Kings Canyon.

As for Charlotte, she had a week off catching up and just hanging out with her school friends prior to her commencing work one weeks work experience at Gippsland Travel with Rotarian Jacquey Turner followed by another week with Rosemary Allica at the Warragul Community House.

It’s been just so fantastic that Charlotte chose to come back to visit so soon after her exchange and for her parents to have the opportunity to meet club host parents and see why Charlotte had such a great time with Warragul Rotary.
